Been using a cheap manual toothbrush forever and my dentist basically told me it’s time to upgrade Now I’m stuck in the Reddit rabbit hole of Oral-B vs Sonicare vs random Amazon brands. Some are saying the expensive ones are life changing, others say the basic $40 models are enough.

What’s actually worth buying in 2026? Looking for something reliable with affordable replacement heads and good for sensitive gums.

Would love real long term experiences before I waste money.
