Hi everyone,

I have a 2014 f30 328i. Looking for the correct torque to spec tools. Sorry if this is a beginner question or if it has been asked before. I am having a hard time understanding which tools to purchase. Getting a headache after watching videos, reading forums, and looking on shops.

My understanding is that I can use same torque wrench for torx sockets, mm bolts, etc as long as its the similar torque spec and driver size?

Looking to buy as few hand tools as possible that can cover these DIY repairs.

• What tool for torquing wheel bolts to spec?
• What tool for torquing transmission pan bolts/plug to spec?
• What tool for torquing oil plug/cap to spec?
• Any others tool that I will need in the future?
  • Impact wrench useful?

Any recommendations and advice is greatly appreciated.
