Hi everyone,
I am planning to buy a home in Navi Mumbai for family living and wanted some guidance.
Requirements:
- 2BHK minimum
- Bigger carpet area is very important (space is non-negotiable)
- Current family of 4, and planning long-term considering marriage/future family
- Budget around ₹50L, can stretch max to ₹60L if the property genuinely makes sense
- Okay compromising a bit on station distance if overall quality of life is good
What I’m looking for:
- Safe and family-friendly area
- Good water, nearby kirana stores, hospitals, schools, and daily essentials
- Affordable overall living cost
- Mainly buying for self-stay
I’m okay with:
- Under-construction projects with possession in the next 1–2 years
- Slightly interior locations if the area is practical for long-term family living
- Resale flats
The main priority is getting a genuinely spacious home without making a bad long-term decision. Is this realistically possible in this budget?
If you need more details, I’ll be happy to share.
Thank you so much in advance.
