Hi everyone I’m a 22 M looking for advice in life . I currently make 71k annually and if I stay in my same position I can make 100k by 2028 . For some reason I still feel behind in life , I have 12k in debt that is student loans plus credit cards that is going to be paid off this year so I’m not worried about that but ultimately I want to own a condo and a car someday. Any advice is appreciated in advance
