I remember the creepypasta being about or at least based of the Mengele Twins experiments done by Yahtzee Germany.

The story goes that Jewish Twins were somehow fused together, turned into monstrous abominations and branded with the star of david, before being sent to the battlefield as shock troops.

This is all I remember but I brlieve that was basically the entire story.
