[Hiring] hello my channel has about 7k subscribers, and i make video essays about shows/movies and video games, my highest viewed video has 1.2 million views, it was a vlog and i don’t do that anymore
i’m trying to get on a consistent schedule and find an editor to help with that, that i will take with me to the top (ideally lol)
the budget isn’t crazy, i’m in college, i have bills, and my job isn’t that great lol
i’m willing to pay 40-50$ for 8-10 min videos
and 100$ for 30-40 min videos
but i can provide consistent and reliable weekly work
and as the channel grows i will give bonuses for when we reach milestones and even willing to split sponsorships, i have spoke to few brands and they said i need a more consistent upload schedule for them to offer me anything
