Align vs Define

Hi,
I‘ve joined Ladder 2 months ago and am on Team Define with Maia. I guess i was one of those girls who fell for her insta posts because they were really all over my insta for a few weeks. In general i like her workouts but i am a bit confused since the workouts she is posting on insta differ extremely from those on the app. The insta workouts are more pilates inspired with a bodyweight-focus and those on the app are quite functional / progressive overload focused. That’s why i‘m currently thinking about switching to Team Align. Also reading through some reddit posts here i agree that Maia has a very poor form sometimes which makes me question her overall approach. I have a background in yoga, i have a 200h YTT license, so in general i know what i am doing and how to move my body in certain postures, that‘s not the problem but i also don‘t see any progress with Maia‘s workouts so far.
How is your experience with Maia? Anyone switched from her team to Align or another team yet?
Maybe some background info on my goals: i‘ve been working out since ~12 years now, started in the gym doing strength training with progressive overload, became really puffy and inflamed, then switched to a mix of yoga / pilates and strength training 2 years ago, not looking to loose a lot of weight but becoming more lean and toned, so basically what most women want haha.
