Fun late card for the inanimate 0-power card competition. Neutral card that plays random cards from your class that get stronger when you play reduced cost cards!
Design notes:
I thought it would be fun to play off the obvious saying, with the random scalable effect
Since there are a lot of effects that can reduce cost or different effects, this card feels generally strong. I wanted to make it 3 cost but worried since it was already based around being played with cheaper cards, it would make it too easy to cheat out big cards with it
If you play Broken Clock for reduced cost, it buffs itself
