1BR Lease Transfer Available btwn June-Aug

Hi all! I unfortunately have to back out of my lease due to some life changes and am looking for someone to take over my unit. Original move-in is June 15 but is flexible so would accommodate an August move-in if you're looking for something closer to the start of classes. It's on the 3rd/top floor of the building with lots of natural light (huge window in main living space) and no carpets + full kitchen/bathroom. Parking is available for an extra charge but not necessary--the building is within walking distance of everything on campus so convenient.

There are laundry facilities on-site and the building is pet friendly! My rent is $1,550 + electric, internet, and rental insurance. I'm breaking the lease to no fault of the leasing company, who have been communicative, prompt, and kind. I'm very sad to leave this one! Please DM me for more info and I can help connect you with the company. Thanks.

This sub was so incredibly supportive of my acceptance off the UVA WL yesterday (thank you!!!), but now the shine is wearing off and I'm realizing that UVA will cost me $225k in loans before interest. I'm lucky enough that my COL is covered by savings, but I only received $30k total in scholarship so I'm largely on my own for tuition. That number is....staggering. I also have an offer on the table from W&M that will leave me with ~$50-60k in debt for tuition. I'm young and lack life experience, so I'm terrified to make a decision that might financially ruin me.

For the record, I know I'm willing/enthusiastic about a few years in BL but doubt it's where I want to stay. I have lofty ambitions and want the flexibility to try new things... in-house, clerking, maybe appellate litigation, so UVA feels like it will open all those doors. I'm a frugal minimalist who grew up poor, so money anxiety is paralyzing. I'm hoping for some perspective from people who either took the $ or shouldered the debt. It's scary. Thank you.

Received an II the other day off the WL and I'm trying not to get excited. I sent a LOCI after they pushed out the feeler form and they reached out soon after. Is it too early to get my hopes up? What should I expect vibes-wise?
