Power backup is there for fan and light
Being on ground floor you will save electricity cause you will never feel heat on fan alone.
Rent is 10k plus one month security and set up cost 1k for all the other items.
There is lil store room for extra storage i used that for suitcase n all.
Ps. I got this flat after 3-4 days of constant flat hunt. its cheap plus peaceful with all the amenities in locality where avg flat cost is 13-14k.
Heyy is it just me or any other person facing this issue.
