pretty new to banjo tablature and haven’t seen this before. it appears to be a hammer on or pull off but I don’t understand why the chord stays the same after. What do I do here?

i have the opportunity to purchase a 990 smr and can’t find a ton of info online for pricing as it seems quite rare. all I know is it has 9000 miles and was well taken care uof. The owners widow needs to get rid of it and I think I can get it for a decent price. What do you guys think would be a good asking price? Located in California
