Has anyone worked with a vendor that sends everything out as a matched kit so it links up without a fight? I cannot have issues during service.

faxing takes weeks, instructions are vague af, and internationals get hit hardest
common fails ive seen:
waited too long for response and resubmitted wrong
form had tiny errors like address format
no clear responsible party designation
tried calling irs but lines dead, whats the real path that doesnt waste months or has anyone done this successfully lately?
