They said there’s nothing further they can check about the issue and that it was likely a “round settlement” and my balance adjusted. No, if that was to occur, it would only be possible if my balance increased, not decreased at a random amount.

Hey everyone, I just set up a new pool and the skimmer/return ports are different than my previous pool. Can someone tell me what is needed to connect these to the hose and if there’s something I can get locally (like ace hardware or Lowe’s) that could be used? The hoses I have are the upgraded hard ones.
