I’m looking for furnished housing near UMass Amherst for January – April 2027. I’ll be visiting as a researcher (age 26) from Germany and would love a place within walking distance to campus or easily reachable by public transport, as I won’t have a car.

• Budget: ~$2000/month Is this enough? Or should I budget for more?
• Duration: 3 months (mid Jan– mid Apr 2027)
• Looking for: furnished studio / 1B1B or shared housing
• Location: walking distance to UMass Amherst
• Non-smoker, and prefer a no-smoking environment
