3 kids later — is a tummy tuck my only option for my belly button?

Give me some honest feedback! I’ve had 3 kids and am in pretty decent shape, but I swear \*\*the fitter/leaner I get, the worse my belly button area looks.\*\* 😩 I have some loose/creased skin around it that just doesn’t seem to change with exercise.

I also have an old belly button piercing, and honestly I feel like \*\*having the ring in makes it look better\*\* because it distracts from the area. 😂 But I’m wondering if the piercing itself could be contributing to how it looks or if I’m making it worse by keeping jewelry in?

For anyone who has dealt with this postpartum:

\\-Anything actually help besides surgery?
\\-Any exercises/treatments/skin tightening that made a difference?
\*\*-Is a tummy tuck really the only option at this point?\*\*
\\-And what do you think about the belly button piercing — helping or hurting?

Would love to hear from anyone who’s been through something similar!
