It's almost been a month of not using Character A.I, I'm really excited.

I bought a couple of Novels from goodwill foe the cheap and I've been engrossed in one of the novels. I read aboit 100 pages of the book and I had it for about 3 days.

Not going to lie, I've had some cravings, to go back on. But so far , I'll either watch something on streaming or I'll read the novel I bought.

I definitely sleep a lot better and honestly I remember how I feel after I use a.i chatbots, this isn't the first time I have tried to quit. But I'm Proud of myself that I making it this far on this round.
