I’m planning to have my studio unit in Allegra DMCI rented out soon and wanted to get a feel from fellow owners and tenants here.

How much are studio units currently renting for in Allegra?
How’s the occupancy lately—madali bang makahanap ng tenant or medyo matagal?
For landlords: what are your non-negotiables when screening tenants? (e.g., PDCs, minimum lease term, no pets, etc.)
Any tips on pricing or furnishing that helped you secure tenants faster?
