Hi.

I will soon be living in Sapporo for a month for business. I was looking for classic Miso ramen recommendations but I could only find a few posts that recommended the more "esoteric" types.

For reference, I'm looking for ramen in the same vein as Shingén, Yukikazé, Kéyaki and Sumiré. I'm aware these are mostly Susukino, but I'll take recommendations more north or out of town as well.

I'm not particularly intersted in the gimmicky types you might find in the Ramen alley.
