Open to a summer-only situation, but strongly prefer someone who'll sign onto the lease and stay through May 2027. Lease signing can happen anytime after June 1.
The place: True 2BR/2BA so you get your own bathroom. Duplex layout, gut renovated, hardwood floors, brand new kitchen with dishwasher, and washer/dryer IN UNIT. Doorman building, elevator, live-in super, Amazon Hub package locker so nothing gets stolen. Lots of light, quiet building, mostly young professionals.
Location: 5 min walk to Grand Central (4/5/6/7/S + Metro-North), close to E/M at 53rd. Whole Foods, Trader Joe's, and the East River esplanade all right there.
Tyler (your future roommate): Chill, clean, respectful, easy to live with. Not around a ton during the week. Looking for someone with the same vibe — employed, considerate, no drama.
