25/M I joined a mentor/mentee program at work and got someone very high in leadership. Lucky draw. I am fresh in my sales career and want to use this to my advantage. Looking for ideas on how to benefit from the program and some good questions to ask a sales VP.
My goal for the program is to focus on career growth, maybe even open the door to a job in the future. I have considered the leadership path so I plan to ask about how VP got there and sacrifices made.
I plan to come to the meetings with an agenda so looking for ideas on that. Also, VP is not in my department but similar field.
Any advice is appreciated!
