I lost my package because I couldnt contact Yawen to pay the custom taxes at all. Is there anything I can do asides asking refund?
Not only they never contacted me but I've also tried to reach them to pay the custom fee and I couldnt manage to do that at all, in result, I lost the package.
Im not sure if theres anything else I can do asides asking refund :/.
