okay I really need some tips and tricks, I’m rapidly losing my weight, like I mean 22 pounds or 10kg in two months. I haven’t really done anything differently except trying to get more muscle and i definitely aren’t overweight that would cause the loosing weight as I train. I’m 5’0ft tall and 92 pounds (42kg) and I’m 16 year old, it’s pretty normal weight but it’s still alarming when the weight is dropping all the time. Sorry for any typos if there’s any.
