I had ectopic pregnancy in October 2025 which was firstly treated with MTX but then had to get my right tube removed on 11th November, 2025. I have been trying since Feb 2026 & its been 5 whole cycles and no luck.

I have gained weight as well after that. i don't know why maybe cortisol, stress and other factors. i got my hormones checked everything was fine but my TSH has increased from 1.7 to 2.7. Dont know what's wrong with me. When I conceived last time it was our first month trying!

I had an ectopic pregnancy in October for which I had 1 MTX shot and then followed by removal of my Righr fallopian tube on 11th November 2025. Since, Feb 2026 me and my partner are trying to conceive.

This month was my 4th cycle which ended in me getting my periods. When i conceived the ectopic pregnancy, it was our first month trying. I don't know what to do I'm disheartened! Doc said everything looked fine, my left tube is open.
