Pilot Pro Controller - not working
Got this new thing yesterday for testing. Have always been really hyped about the drawin tablets and love how cusomizable they are and thought, this thing would be really fun to work in video and photo editing.
Well. Doesn't work.
I have a GMK K8plus Mini PC running Win11
First I downloaded the software from .com website -> Windows contains the Mac file, so useless.
I downloaded it again from .de website -> Windows exe.
installed it, nothing happend. Controller is conntected via cable.
digged into my program files folder and started it from hand. This happened:
and that is pretty much all. (Yes, I have 32:9 disyplay and this is full screen, not resizable in any way, not even the ? button works.)
Contacted support. "connect via cable!" (I told you, it IS connected via cable) test it with WinQC App! (which I had to google and found in a 3y old post in this reddit sub, they did not provide a link) and deactivate your BT! (BT is always off, I do not use it).
Open that WinQC:
Nothing to test here. I can press buttons, turn wheels and nothing reacts at all on my pc.
Maybe you need to update firmware! (wait, that thing literally was released yesterday, how is it even possible, the firmware is already outdated?)

For now this thing is a pretty expensive paperweight. And support is absolutely useless.
I left my computer running overnight, turn my display on - full screen controller app screaming at me to connect the controller. WTF? Why did that even open??!
I am SO frustrated and disappointed.
