Dive watch rec?

Trying to decide on a dive watch that also does broader fitness tracking and wanted something that would work well as I train for SOT etc (so I don’t have to buy another later)

Any recs?

Would prefer to buy one once

I haven’t quite gotten a routine down so I still have painful fullness if I eat too much and heartburn from eating certain things, but this has really dramatically reduced my inflammation and my recent tendency to use food as a crutch.

Although I feel a little weak and tired at times, my mind somehow feels clearer and less addled and I’m doing more.

My changes haven’t reflected in the scale much yet ((9lb total) but I don’t even care bc I love being less “puffy” and swollen. I just read people use this offbrand for inflammation?

I wish we knew more about this drug but damn WOW so far!

I’m worried I’m not eating enough but find so few things tolerable, was hoping to get some inspiration. Would love to hear what works for others so I can try and adjust. I don’t want to stumble into a nutritional deficiency 😬

Current dose: 4mg

Length of time on wegovy: Week 3 (first week of 4mg)

Progress: 6lbs down

Symptoms/Effects: no nausea, no appetite, some food aversions, very tired, feel full, constipation on days I under-hydrate, mental clarity (oddly?), reduced inflammation

Daily snapshot:

Water: I need a minimum of 74 oz (three sport bottles full) or I’m on the struggle bus.

Supplement/Meds (AM)

Take pill early with 4oz water and wait an hour min

Breakfast: Kashigo (12g protein/12g fiber) with A2 milk and a little sprinkle of sugar

Sometimes a fage with honey

Green tea or matcha

Lunch: when I remember….I’ve been eating a lunch/dinner combo around 2 or 3 and have been able to eat things like 1 cup beef and broccoli with green beans and peppers and rice.

Chicken satay

Caesar salad with chicken (dressing made with fage)

Hummus and endive

Supplement/Meds (midday)

omega 3 and vitamin d with food

Dinner: usually a smoothie with double whey, fage and some sort of fiber filler like psyllium husk or flax meal. Sometimes I can have maybe 1/4 cup of whole food but rarely

I also can eat nuts with dried fruit, and candied ginger helps relieve full feeling.

Supplement/Meds (PM)

I try to remember to take magnesium at night

Overall

I like the drug so far and can tell it’s something useful, especially in reduction of “food noise” and also self soothing habits like nail biting etc. I really like the mental clarity but need to overcome the tiredness.

I am really struggling to hit protein goals and worried I’m not getting enough macronutrients. Particular worried about iron since I have history of anemia.

Thanks everyone! Really appreciating this sub.
