I want to claim my warranty for evofox frost plus cooling pad after using it for 3 weeks my cooling pad stopped working and the worst part is the amkette is not responding to me at all i waited for 2 weeks even after that they didnt responded me i even tried emailing them and whatsapping them and i also tried calling them but it said the number is not available now what do i do i even registered the product but im not getting a confirmation email from them
