Hey everyone,

What are the salary ranges like around here for corporate jobs? Purchasing, accounting, logistics like jobs. 5+ years experience.

Not entry level and not specialized trades.

So I've been job hunting since December. 10+ years experience in my career field. Over 200+ applications filled out. From those, 14 interviews conducted. No job offers yet. Some HR departments reached out 3 months AFTER my initial resume submission.

Then, the SAME EXACT job gets reposted on these job boards and on their websites.

Are corporations actually hiring around here or is it just a data grab? Are corporations waiting on the "perfect" candidate that doesn't actually exist for what they want to pay?
