I need real help on a sensitive topic
My roommate been a roommate forever.
We barely interact, just hi and bye if we bump into one another.
Im guessing the last 3 or 4 years, she's been going through it..i mean we all have but ppl handle things differently.
So my roommate has a bad stench and it's not body odor... its full on smell like a homeless person.. its so bad that her stench lingers and you can tell where she's been after her leaving minutes later... problem is the stench is seeping through the hallways reaching to the 1st floor, we on the 3rd floor.
I thought I might have been overreacting but the ppl in the building also has made complaints regarding the smell.. no one knows where it's coming from they just smell it.
I even got her a job when she got laid off, and they fired her because she smelled so bad and they honestly thought I got her from the streets..i didn't let them know she was my roommate.
I need help because I don't know how to tell her...i don't have a relationship with her and I cant just say hey you smell to where I wanna throw up and I cant stop gagging.
The heat is approaching and already the stench is appearing...i honestly don't know what to do to not come off as a *itch or embarrass her.
I feel like she might be going through depression because it was not always like this and I dont know how to handle this.
