Hi…. I have been on my health journey for about 16 months now ( or at least that’s when I started walking for exercise)… anyway, I haven’t lost any weight in at least 2 months (after lost about 60 pounds total so far) but my clothes do “feel” like they fit better…. I have changed my walking routine a bit and feel like it has helped as far as maybe losing inches, not pounds. Based on these pictures, can anyone see any differences? The pic with the light grey t-shirt is actually the most recent pic… the other pic with the darker grey shirt is from last month. The pic with the dog is my “before”.. Thanks for any input.
