Hi there!
I have a bet going with a friend as we're turning 40 soon. By end of June, there will be a subjective decision on who's got the leaner physique / better sixpack, rewarded by a crate of beer.
We've started around mid February, I got down roughly 7kg since then with which I'm quite happy!

As it is probably obvious, I was never into lifting and work in an office job, but started to do some body weight and dumbbell trainings 2 times per week at home since Feb (with some weeks skipped, some weeks 3 to 4 times) next to having a rather active lifestyle (tennis 1-2x per week, garden work) anyway.
I've primarily focused on nutrition, meaning being heavier on the protein side, no overeating anymore, and just staying in a calorie deficit in general if possible (which means around 1700-2000kcal calories per day on average) as I estimate my average need per day being 2200 to 2400.

My scale shows a BF-percentage of around 20% today, which is probably more or less accurate (it started at 24% in Feb). I know scales are not really accurate, but the tendencies are good enough for me.

So two questions:

- Any realistic chance I could have visible abs in 6 weeks? I figured I would probably need to lose another 2-4ish kilos to get there. I still have upside when it comes to eating (still eating chocolate / sweets daily, could skip those). Not going to skip the occasional Döner or Big Mac however, as those are rare occasions anyway.

- Would you agree to what the scale says with roughly 20% BF? I feel it's fairly accurate, but what do I know...

Pics are

- before (ca. 75 kg). Gained another kilo after that pic was taken before starting in Feb.

- April 26 (after pump)

- May 26

Thanks already!
