I have been trying to get the medal on monkey watch (fever) for 8 HOURS (in 2 days) now, and NOTHING can make me play good enough for a superb.

I've watched every guide, tried the timing off the game, played blindfolded, nothing worked, i've gotten SIX "just OK"s in my entire time playing this single level. It's always OK, too: i have never gotten "try again" while trying to superb this game.

This isn't even my first Rhythm Heaven game: i already have all medals and like 9 perfects in Tengoku, and 48 medals with 8 perfects in Fever. I even have the medal for Remix 10, for God's sake!

I want the Monkey Watch to be real just so i can buy as many as i can afford and destroy them all with hammers.

I'm going insane. Help.

Edit: YES YES FINALLY I BEAT IT I GOT THE MEDAL LETS GOO thank you to the guy who told me to change my dolphin audio settings, i got it 5 tries after changing it

After getting about halfway through the game, now the game wont save after closing. Ive tried opening as admin but it only worked once, my save files are in appdata so it has no problem reading or writing in the save folder. Ive looked up online but i vant find anything useful. Tips?
