Working on a bottom-up dress, but fearing that it may be a much snugger fit than I wanted. Luckily starting chain has plenty of give! The yarn is 55% cotton, 16% bamboo, 21% elastic nylon, 8% silk. How do I maximize stretch in blocking this? Will I get an inch or more?? I don’t mind if it ends up being quite see-through as it was intended to be a cover-up.
