I got into both UMD and Purdue for CS (both oos) and im having trouble deciding between the two.

Both are pretty much equal in cost (~55k each) and i am interested in pursuing a masters after graduation and eventually becoming a SWE. Although I was initially leaning towards Purdue due to its high reputation, I looked into UMD more and saw that it has good research and internship opportunities. Also, I am located in NJ and the distance from purdue to NJ is concerning to me.

And advice would be much appreciated! Especially in regards to how the research access is for undergards in both schools, and how Purdue's distance from major job market matters for internships and recruiting.
