Hi everyone,

I recently got selected for System Engineer (Trainee) at Infosys through my campus placement.

I also received the confirmation message that I’ve cleared the selection process. However, in the Infosys portal, my application status still shows “Decision Pending” under the In Progress section.

I’m a bit confused about this:

Does “Decision Pending” mean the offer letter is still being processed?

Is this normal after campus selection?

How long does it usually take to receive the offer letter or next communication?

If anyone has gone through the same Infosys campus process, please share your experience.
