For financial reasons i sadly have to let go of these 2 beauties.

HADO: SOLD!!
The Hado i got from a fellow TCK’er, used about 12-15 times and never sharpened. Still has original edge.
Forged by Tanaka san and sharpened by Maruyama san.

This particular knife is from a small pre production (prototype) run made for Chefs Edge before the full release.
Slightly heavier and thicker along the spine than the later versions. Feels perfectly balanced in the hand!

Lenght: 231mm
Height: 58mm

Spine thickness is 4mm out of the handle, 3mm mid, and tapers down to 0.3 mm at the tip. It has a beautiful snakewood handle.
