How to actually pace

Hi! So i just got on Bisoprolol, it’s day 2 and i’m already feeling so much better. I’m really scared now though. Because how do you pace? I haven’t been able to do anything for months, now that i feel better i obviously want to do stuff. Usually when i’m walking i can feel when it becomes too much, but what if i can’t know that i’m on meds? I’m just afraid i will over exert myself and feel like shit again
Anybody have some tips i would love to know!!

Pem from pots?

Hi! I’m currently in the process of getting diagnosed with what i believe is POTS. If i go out for a walk or run an errand, yes i get really out of breath and it can be hard if i exert myself. But usually afterwards i feel okay. The problem is that the next day and almost 4 more days after that i feel terrible. And so the cycle goes. My question is, could this be ”only” POTS? Because i’ve read that a lot of people with other conditions experience this.

How do i build up a tolerance without feeling like shit all the time? I’ve seen alot about recumbent biking but i do not have access to any equipment since i cannot walk very far. What cardio could I possibly do laying down?
