Is it unethical of me to open the box and free the swappee? I wasn't planning on completing RID Laandfill, but this changes things

I know everyone else is finding retro Gears and Amazon exclusives, but I found this little guy. If he's really from the Bumblebee movie, does that mean he's been collecting dust in a warehouse since like 2018? What gives? Anyone else ever have any weird time capsule finds like this?

Do you think we'll get an SS86 Slug Reissue at any point? I just picked up the Snarl reissue and made the mistake of looking up the price for Slug ... YIKES. At this point, I might as well grab the G2 Slug and Sludge 2 pack (or whatever it is), given that's cheaper than buying a single loose Slug. Heck, the price is so high, I'm considering selling off my G1 Dinobots and just going full G2. Would definitely make a more interesting shelf presence. What do you guys think?
