I know many of Sora's physical abilities don't work in Atlantica like Strike Raid, Dodge Roll, and Guard, so I assumed the same would apply to Goofy, but I haven't found any information saying it does, why?

I like to recreate characters in DnD 5e for fun, and I have been making every version of Link, and I've run into a problem with this version. This version of Link can Dive from the Silver and Golden Zora Scales, and can just sink to the bottom with the Iron Boots, but I don't know how to implement that. He does have the Air Bubble and Water Breathing spells for the Zora Tunic, but I don't know what else to do.
