AIO? A student submitted NSFW story about me and my coworker as homework. I want to report them

I (25F) volunteer at a community center that offers free classes in stuff, mostly as a fun creative past time activity, things like knitting, pottery, gardening, some sports. I volunteer as an art teacher (making use of my art degree ha ha), and I have a coworker, 26F who's giving creative writing lessons. I would consider us work-friends, as we're not super close, but we hang out sometimes, share funny things that happens during classes, send memes, etc.

A couple of days ago, she texted me with "check this out" with a link to a google doc. I open it, and there it is - 12 page story, featuring my coworker, me, and a somewhat hostile/ jealous POV of a student. I really don't want to go into the details, but it is explicit. My coworker thinks it's funny AF, and thinks I should let it go, even though the initial homework assignment wasn't remotely close to This. I told a couple of friends about this, and one thinks this is just silly, while another got super disturbed by this and thinks I should report this behavior somehow. I don't know who the student is because 1. it's written in first person and 2. I'm not really familiar with the group that attends creative writing anyway. My coworker knows who they are of course, but she didn't tell me. I can only assume they're an adult because there are only 2 creative writing groups and both are for adults, so it's not like I can report that to someone's parents, and (judging by the contents of the text) that they have a crush on my coworker and Do Not Like me for some reason. I could bring it up with the administration, but I think that they would most likely ask to see and read it too, and that is going to be embarrassing as hell. This whole thing makes me feel watched in a weird way and kinda uneasy. Am I overreacting? Should I let it go?
