My account is on hold and no one in chat seems to want to help me. Good rating, I’ve added payment methods that are valid and I’ve scanned them several times. I have Lyft cash available. But it won’t let me book a ride.
They say that someone will email me to help me but five days later that hasn’t happened either. It’s upsetting that they are holding $125 hostage and they won’t help.
