I don't care if this gets deleted. I don't care if this is ignored, my opinion is still not gonna change. I've been using this website since it's very early days when it was still niche, and I've been consistently using it ever since.
Firstly, the age verification thing. Why would you ever have such an update asking for an 18+ audience but still have the f*lter? (I'm not talking about someone wanting to make their chat sexual, I'm talking just have the slightest bit of gore gives an error) Besides, even if they were 18, who in their right mind would ever give their government ID to some website that isn't even in their own country?
Second, Pipsqueak 2. It's genuinely sad to see the devs making chats boring instead of actually making their website more entertaining. I haven't experienced it myself, but I've seen glimpses of it and it looks like hot garbage.
Third, the ads. Just why? Chats were perfectly fine up until the ads started interrupting. Chasing money instead of making improvements to user experience won't help in the long-run.
Finally, again with the age verification thing. Why would you prevent people under 18 years old from having the ability of 1:1 chatting just because they're not 18? It would've been way better to just limit the time they can be on there (For example 1-2 hours) than to just completely shut them out. Mind you, most of the users aren't even 18.
I hope they can fix all of this and go back to normal because these updates are just a backwards move in terms of overall experience and enjoyability.
