Tips that aren’t obvious!

Tips that aren’t obvious!

Hey guys! I love Korean Ramen. I just want to share some info and tips about ramen. Also, I would like it if you guys call Korean ramen ‘ramyun’ cuz ‘ramen’ is a Japanese term. TT…

First, some of you guys might eat ramyun raw. But, sometimes, raw ramyun feels soggy. Or is it just me? It doesn’t have the crunch you look forward to. So, the solution is microwaving it for a bit. The texture becomes so much better. Also, one of fav is raw ramyun with mayonnaise. It calms your tongue and tastes awesome!

Second, Chapagetti shouldn’t have the soupy liquid with the noodles. You should boil the water, put the noodles, and then put the powder after the noodles are half cooked. Boil it until the broth becomes a thick sauce. That way, you could enjoy a thick, almost creamy Chapagetti. I would recommend having it with egg and sliced cheese. The combination is pretty famous here in Korea.

Third, try eating ramyun with eggs. Sure, you guys would have experience with eggs in noodles. But, what I’m saying is different. You would want the leftover heat to cook your eggs. So, just cook your ramyun like you usually do. And, when the noodle is almost done, and the water is boiling, put raw eggs into the ramyun, and stir it like crazy. It becomes something different then the ramyun we had until now. The eggs turn creamy and soupy. It is sooooo good. But, remember you have to make sure the eggs are 100% cooked!

Thanks for reading my long thread. I currently live in Seoul, Korea. I know almost everything about ramyun, so drop a comment below if you wanna ask a question. I will give you my best response!
