account suspended without a reason was a super host #help

I honestly never thought I’d be writing something like this.

After months of hard work on Airbnb, maintaining a 4.8 rating, earning Superhost status, managing 4 properties, and receiving 62 positive reviews from guests, my account was suddenly suspended without any proper explanation.

Hosting was not just a side hobby for me — it became my main source of income and something I genuinely worked hard on every single day. I made sure every guest had a clean, comfortable, luxury experience and always responded professionally and quickly.

Despite all of this, my account was suspended and I’ve now spent weeks trying to get answers. Most replies feel automated, support keeps redirecting me, and no one is clearly explaining what exactly happened or giving me a fair chance to resolve it.

What hurts the most is that all the effort, consistency, and trust I built with guests seems to have been ignored overnight. My listings generated income that supported me and my family, and now everything is frozen with no transparency.

I’m sharing this here because I want to know:
- Has anyone else experienced this?
- Were you able to get your account back after a permanent suspension?
- What steps actually helped?

I understand platforms have policies, but hosts who have consistently delivered quality service deserve proper communication, transparency, and fair treatment.

I’m still hoping Airbnb reviews my case properly and gives me a genuine human response instead of automated messages.
