Wondering if anyone came across this issue before and what you did

Back in April, a customer bought an old pokemon elite trainer box from me for $600. I made sure to insure it and put signature guarantee.

It gets marked signed and delivered. The customer says he definitely didn't sign for it, but this happens with the usps for him all the time. Packages marked signed are just dropped off.

He starts an investigation with usps and of course they drag their feet. Basically they exhaust the 90 day windows to use the insurance and send the buyer a letter apologizing for lost mail.

I explain the customer that the insurance window has closed and the letter doesn't speak to anything regarding the package not being delivered.

He now states that usps will update the packaged as not delivered. Now he wants me to issue a refund. I told him my hands are tied as the insurance window has closed and there is nothing more I can do.

Anyone experience this where usps is gonna go back and change items from being delivered to not delivered and what did you do?

I understand there is plenty of card fraud so im just trying to be very mindful of that, but the customer hasn't risen any red flags with me so far, but its always a possibility.

When do you decide to leave a bad review for a seller on ebay?

I run my own store and a store on ebay and I had a pretty interesting experience from a seller.

I ordered a dc multiverse dc vs vampires Robin on 6/12. The seller didn't ship to the 27th but has two day fulfillment. I have next day and always rush my packages to usps ASAP, so I'm trying to take my boss out of this scenario.

When would you expect a seller to ship out an item in this situation and would 15 days deserve a bad review?

USPS did send me a notification on the 27th that a tracking number was available, so I'm guessing that was sent. Btw the seller has also not sent a single message to communicate any delays.

This is just day one, I literally signed up today and I cant believe they won me over.

I just started a toy collectible e commerce website, that is only online. The struggle is real with sourcing actual buyers, but I actually need help with social media. People from here said to post 3x a day and it just within me, I just needed to find a solution for it.

Marblism is great for Facebook and LinkedIn, like the post quality blew me away (I started a comic strip series). However it doesn't do anything for tiktok which is a huge let down. I'll just manually bring the posts over there. You do need to manually review the post and tell them to post. I think you might be able to pre approve and schedule though.

The admin I never thought I'd use, but cleaning up my inbox and tagging emails for folders was really nice. She even did my replies, I just needed to review and hit send.

I never thought about blogging, but my blogger wrote a much better article than I ever could. Now im setting up a blog section on my site to post to.

The employee who works on leads, usually just does b2b and im more b2c. However I told him to work in b2c and he started sending out emails, which I didn't think he could do. More to come on that.

The receptionist is just not something I will probably use alot of. We'll see what happens in the future. It only handles 15 calls though a month, which kinda blows.

The legal assistant though WHOLY CRAP! She does so much work. She research my trademark with the government agencies to make sure it was available, talked to me about Grey areas to improve upon. Then for my patents, it research my product and offered to fill out the forms. It was awesome. Then she reviewed a contract and gave me her feedback on things that the marketing company was trying to float by me, offered up suggestions and drafted a cou ter email. Then she worked on an inventory list and reviewed current trends and built a simple database I can use to easily quote pricing for a table event.

While it's not perfect, it simply can do the work I either am not able or just don't want to do.

Thank you to the suggestion I got in this group. If you do sign up though, Google the 70% off discount for the first month to try it out. I think it might blow your mind a little bit.
