What could be wrong with my RO system?

I am getting this brownish, red tint on one of the appliances where I use my RO water. At this point, I am concerned about drinking this water. The RO water doesn't taste great and gives me a slight headache. The TDS is 8 and the PH is 6-7. I do have a softener in the garage as well. Please help!

What could be wrong with my RO water system?

I am getting this brownish, red residue on one one the appliances that I use the RO water for. At this point, I am concerned about drinking this RO water. The RO water also gives me a slight headache and doesn't taste great. The TDS is 8. The PH is 6-7. I last changed the filters last August, but I don't use the RO water often; only for appliances and cooking.
