How to change Spark zone without going to the current zone?

I’m trying to change my Walmart Spark zone, but the app says I need to complete 3 trips in my current zone before I can switch. The problem is I’m not physically in that zone anymore.

I already tried checking the zone settings, and it only gives me the option to update my address.

Has anyone successfully changed zones remotely without driving back to the original area?
Would updating the address actually work, or is there another workaround?
