DIC/Misfire Woes

Looking for tips or troubleshooting steps.
Been fighting an intermittent loss of power that used to go away on restart every time. Throw car in neutral turn off and restart and it went away. It would happen every few weeks or so. P0327 code accompanied. Been 2-3 years this way
New sparks, OEM DIC replaced, wiring checked. Now the rear DIC connector was broken and I suspected it coming loose as it had a bit of play. I also had a no start with DIC not powered that went away when I pressed the connector in further.
So... I replaced this connector and swapped the terminals to a new connector from eBay. The fit is much improved. The insulation on the B+ pin 10 was also breaking down so I hit it with some liquid electrical tape. Went great, let it dry overnight.
Now on restart there's a obvious severe misfire after replacing. It barely starts and has a constant P0327 and P1313 code. All pins 1,2,3,4,7 have low resistance (<.5Ohm) to the ECU connector. Wiggled the wires etc best I could and resistance didn't change. I think it also kicked to limp home mode the next time I tried to start it.
Pin 7 is not shorted to B+ (WIS suggestion), but interestingly reads 6.85V away from pin 10 and B+ instead of 12V.
Anybody have any ideas or any other tests to run? Honestly, thinking a ECU swap at this point.
Please let me know what y'all think, or just send good wishes :)
