Is this concerning?

This being high freaks me out because it is obviously high and out of range but the doctor said high is 300? Is that true? I’m 43f… I feel like he was just trying to dismiss my symptoms… Im having tingling in my left arm/hand and heart palpitations and he made me feel like I’m crazy and making it up because according to him my ekg looked normal… but if high is in the 300s according to him why does it say above 125 is high on the range?

Mcv and mch levels

My MCV and MCH levels have been high for years. We have not been able to find the root cause. Can anyone tell me what can trigger those results to be high? Whenever I ask my doctor she says the main reason they are high is when people drink alcohol, but I keep telling my doctor we need to investigate because I don’t drink so I’m wondering if someone could give me some answers

Phlebotomy side of things

So I am new to all this and my iron came back high, so my doctor ordered a DNA hemochromatosis to see if I have the genetic gene. I am still waiting on the results… however I am curious about the phlebotomy part so how does that work if I don’t weigh enough to donate blood how would I weigh enough to be able to have them remove my blood for this treatment? It has me worried….
