All grade A characters,Loved season 1-3.5 , second half of season 3 meh, but why was season 4 done that way, murder mystery + cartels+ gang wars all a big mess , they clearly wanted to end it at season 3 but dragged on one more season
I earn around 2.2 lakhs a month stay in Hyderabad , i am thinking of buy a flat.
Expenses around 1 lakhs approx.

Paragh parikh flexi cap : 3.2 lakhs
Motilaloswal small cap : 1.7 lakhs
Nippon large cap :4.2 lakhs
Icici prudentual nasdaq : 52k
Epf : 2.5 lakhs (withdrew a lot in 2024due to medical needs)
Physical gold : 40 gms (6 lakhs)
Savings/cash: 10 lakhs (approx)
I live in my parents house with my wife and daughter, the area is pretty far from the new city where all the growth and development is happening and is surrounded by a defense wall which basically cuts direct access to main road going to the downtown. It feels like living in a secluded area of the city. But since daughter is going to be 2 this year end , the thought of having to put her in good school and wife trying to start back her work(dentist) has led me to think of buying a flat in the city in the range of 60-80 lakhs.
Will this be a feasible option to consider?
