I have the DX 1020 griddle/smoker combo. My last couple of cooks during the last hour or two of my cook I’m losing temp drastically. I’ve cleaned the temp prob but don’t know what else to do. It happens right as my meat is getting to the temp I want.

A friend of mine bought it, then his dad gifted him one just a few days later. So he sold this to me. I’m relatively novice to the personally owned firearm side of things. Seemed based on my research that it was a good deal, but who better to ask than Reddit right?
